As you walk thru South Beach you will see that there are many places to dine, but we would like to recommend one in particular. The Sugar Factory located in Ocean Drive and 13 st Miami Beach Fl
The reason we are recommending this place is because we built it in 2015. This restaurant has many locations around the world and it had Kiely Jenner host the grand opening.
Xtrm Construction is proud to be part of the construction in this project. When we took this task we knew it was going to be complicated but it would turn out spectacular. The project took 6 moths to complete and we had to work fast. South Beach is a major tourist attraction and everyday the location is closed its thousands of dollars in lost of revenew.
If you take the time to dine in this location you can see the attention to detail we put into this project, from the glass mirrors on the ceilings, moldings, copper trims around the counters, black and white paint and the beautiful terrazo flooring. There was no holding back to make sure this place looked marvolus, and Xtrm Construction delivered.
